JOURNALISM WRITING. THE OBJECTIVITY WITHIN

Journalism-Writing. The Objectivity Within
article by(copyright)2008, Carlos E. Mijares Poyer
To be objective when writing? Yes! One can be quite objective as wished and as possible, when addressing certain addressable issues. However, OBJECTIVITY, independent of one´s will, indeed impossible, if so, we would all be alike.
Your eyes have tendencies, as you look at someone, or a simple flower, it shows at another´s glance in yours. No one is to be or aspire to be apolitical, an impossible venture. And, for those that state politics to be soiled, is a result of having only known certain negative symptoms in politics, and not the element of authenticity in any human venture or adventure.
You know your wishes and dreams, and every society aspires a happy ending, we are also made of desire, fantasy and inspiration, why should anyone deny what is in your spirit and body, and beyond?
From the stimuli of aromas, to the cold touch of technology, that has also learned to have a heart, the rejection of your dream(s), is an intimate fallacy.
Your mind quarrels sometimes with things of the heart and the enticement of senses all.
To provide that objective myth, is to retrieve and deny absurdly all of your human aspirations, and the condemnation of all that is ours, our lives in this lonely, yet symphonic world.
Journalism may aspire and has to attain a veracity in style and content, in the origins and objectives from stats to promulgations, to assertive expository entrances and exits, to the imagination of lions fighting for survival in the geographic elves of the jungles we have provided for ourselves, through the gorge of what seems always to evolve, recycle and regenerate; or spontaneously seeks combustion in all manners -into the last ashes.
Writing is at our innermost self and highest portal in aspiration and respiration. Why take away the joy in the ballad of what we call existence. Our daily activities hold and press infinite levers of necessity and chance -we may never forget.-
